By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.

important info

• I work a fulltime job, so quick deadlines will most likely be declined.• Turn around time is between a minimum of 2 weeks, and an absolute max of 3 months.• I may post/stream the process of your commission. Private comms must be discussed prior to work starting, and total NDA comms will incur an upcharge.• I reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

• If a refund is requested and I have not started work, you can be refunded 100% of the commission.
• After work has started, no refund can be given.
• Chargebacks are not allowed and will be disputed. As said before, If work has not started for the commission you are allowed a refund that we can handle personally.
• If work takes longer than 3 months to be delivered —after payment is sent—, you are allowed a refund. Please discuss with me if you would like this option, I'd be happy to work with you towards a resolution.

PAYMENT

• Commissions are paid upfront in USD and handled through Paypal invoicing. Your paypal email will be requested to create and send the invoice to you. Please do not send payment prior to the discussion.

COMMERCIAL USAGE

• Commercial purposes have to be discussed between I (nymiette) and the commissioner beforehand.• I do not consider promotional use as commercial use. Promotional use entails posting on social medias, using as an icon/banner, using as a stream graphic, vtuber schedules, etc etc. These are no extra charge.• Posting to paid subscription sites such as fansly, patreon, etc are no extra charge, as long as you credit me as the artist in the description.• I will charge x3 the price for merch such as apparel, prints, charms etc...

Process

• Turnaround time may vary, but the max amount of time for a commission would be up to 3 months after the work has started.
• Average completion time for a commission is 3 to 4 weeks.
• I will send you Work in progress and you will be able to ask for revisions.
• The entire commission concept cannot be revised after the sketch is approved (ie: requiring Nymiette to redo the entire commission, or major elements of the project ) Small changes are fine however! And please feel free to request changes if specific character details were missed.
Nymiette will update you with every stage of the commission process as it’s completed.

RIGHTS AND USAGE

• Do not claim, edit, trace, copy, repost my artworks in any circumstances without my consent.
• You may post your commission on social media with credit to my twitter, @nymiette . :)
• You do not own the right to use your commission for commercial purposes, unless both the commissioner and artist agreed to do so, according to Commercial purposes (see Commercial Use).
• You are allowed to animate – or have somebody else cut and animate your commission!
• You are allowed to use your commission as your desktop background, online avatar! Credit is not required but appreciated.
• NFT and AI learning usage is strictly forbidden.

VTUBERS + CONTENT CREATORS

• if using art for promotional media (twitter post, thumbnails, etc) please credit my twitter, @Nymiette somewhere in the post or description. Failure to do so will lead to a blacklist for future comms.
